My #1 favorite show, Game of Thrones, from George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire". I can't wait for the new season.
People lose their heads a lot in Westeros. Some families more than others. 
And, no, the second head from the right is NOT George W. Bush. I hear he has his own "art thing" going on, though.

I haven't seen the show but I did hear about the heads on spikes. Isn't one supposed to look like George W. Bush? I guess maybe they all do in this case. ha,ha.
